Grease Curtains

Grease Curtains, exhibited a 25 year-old in-use threshold
divider that hung within a working auto-body shop’s entrance.
Through the participants - employees and guests, the shop was
given a gallery context classifying the curtains as a readymade.
Jump Rope
Public Installation, New York, Toronto
July 2006. Substitution. Replacing something authentic
with something functional - a tree to complete a jump rope circle.
The work is a study of loss and memory, a study of failure and
disappointment, needs, and coping mechanisms.
